This year’s edition of KPMG's publication surveys representatives from nearly 100 banks in 21 countries throughout Europe, offering readers a comprehensive assessment of financing prospects for those looking to invest in European real estate markets. Poland become a most preferred location in the CEE region with 40% of the total real estate transaction volume with investments exceeding 2.07 billion EUR in the H1 2016. The local real estate market is thriving thanks to rather stable and favorable financing conditions and competition between banks.
