The luxury residential property market in Poland is still at a relatively early stage of development.
In comparison with Western Europe it is characterised by relatively low price levels and a fairly small number of truly luxurious properties. However, the situation is changing, with some prestigious real estate investments having been completed in recent years, notably in the high-end apartment segment. Subsequent projects are either being planned or under construction, and within the next few years the annual value of transactions on the market of new luxury apartments in Poland should exceed PLN 500 million.
