Agnieszka has worked in KPMG for 12 years. She spent 5 years in the Financial Institutions Audit Department, gaining considerable experience in auditing financial statements under the Polish and IFRS standards in numerous banks and financial institutions, such as leasing companies, investment funds, and brokerage houses. Furthermore, she has 7 years of experience in advisory services for banks, the financial institution sector and other listed companies. She gained wide experience regarding advisory in portfolio sale transactions, review of internal processes and the implementation of procedures, tax optimization transactions, retail and corporate loan portfolio review, and credit risk management. She took part in many advisory projects related to the area of accounting advisory, due diligence services, post-merger services, purchase price allocation services, consolidation processes, implementation of International Financial Reporting Standards, compilation of reporting packages, and advisory on new General Ledger, where she supported her client by preparing a feasibility study and verifying the implemented accounting schemes implemented. In addition, Agnieszka has extensive experience in the field of consulting services and conducting training for clients in various sectors, in particular for customers in the banking sector.
