Marcin is an expert in the field of state aid. He joined the KPMG Grants & Incentives Team in 2008. Previously, he worked in the audit department of KPMG. Marcin has considerable experience in creating financial and economic models for the purposes of financing and confirmation of assistance by the European Commission. His areas of expertise include the preparation of applications for funding from the EU Structural Funds and other sources for investment and R&D projects, settlement of granted state aid, advisory in settling investors in the Special Economic Zones, optimization of the state aid settlement process in the Special Economic Zones, and ongoing advisory services in the scope of state aid. Marcin is the author of numerous studies and opinions in the field of state aid, as well as a speaker at many conferences, training courses and information meetings for entrepreneurs and institutions. Marcin works with clients who operate in the ICT, automotive, energy, chemical, FMCG, and medical sectors.
