Marcin Łągiewka

Marcin is a member of a dedicated team within the Deal Advisory Group which undertakes valuations for transaction, accounting - according to relevant financial reporting standards, legal, tax and other purposes. This team also performs purchase price allocations, reviews of valuations and feasibility studies prepared by other entities, as well as develops and reviews financial models. Marcin also participates in valuation-related engagements in other countries, particularly in Central and Eastern Europe. In addition, Marcin cooperates with an international team of KPMG experts in valuations and impairment testing for financial reporting purposes. In previous years, Marcin was also engaged in a number of M&A transactions and financing projects, particularly in the energy and industrial markets sectors, where he was responsible for pricing analysis, financial modelling and project co-ordination. He joined KPMG in 2000.
