Adam joined KPMG in 2015 as the Head of Risk & Actuarial Services supervising the Central and Eastern European region. He leads KPMG CEE Solvency II Audit initiative. Adam has considerable 20 year-long experience in the insurance industry and related advisory projects. He has led various projects in the insurance sector, in particular in the following areas: IFRS and Polish GAAP implementation, embedded value, economic capital / solvency II, risk management, financial and actuarial due diligence, IFRS and Polish reserving. Before joining KPMG he was the Head of Europe Business Development in Talanx International AG. He supervised Talanx subsidiaries in Bulgaria, Hungary, Poland, Russia, Turkey and Ukraine. He has served as a member of supervisory boards. He has also participated in M&A activities and strategic projects.
