Uzma has diversified experience in Executive Search And Selection Services (ESS). She has handled important ESS engagements for senior and middle management positions for local and multinational Clients in both Public and Private sectors covering a wide range for various functions e.g. finance, internal audit, operations, IT, Human Resource management.

Uzma’s primary responsibilities include understanding the client requirements, searching the data base and through networking relevant CV’s, matching against specifications and short listing of CV’s, preparing Candidate Report. Uzma maintains liaison with Client and Candidates, conducting preliminary interviews of the candidates and participating in final interviews with the Client.

Uzma also identifies opportunities for operational efficiencies in the ESS and client service process at KPMG and makes recommendations for improvement, for example organizing and restructuring of CV’s database, redesign of the Proposal & Report format to reduce the turnaround time and facilitate the client in understanding the document.

Uzma has worked on a compensation review for Senior Management Position. She has diversified experience and exposure

She also contributed in preparing a core compensation review for all positions along with suggestions put forward in line with current market trends.

Uzma has diversified experience/exposure in Human Resource She has worked on multiple local and global assignments related to HR.. She has been involved in launch of a new Performance Management System called MyPD based on 360 degree feedback

Global People Survey: Uzma has worked on the survey launch, survey communication and later in the development of HR strategy based on findings of the survey i.e. Result to Action. She has worked on survey implementation in the year 2006- 2012.
