Faraz is an Advisory Consultant with background leveraging Chartered Certified Accountancy credentials. He possess more than five (5) years hands-on and diversified experience in financial and risk advisory, monitoring and evaluation, internal audit services, management consultancy, accounting and financial reporting, budget planning and control in various sectors including but not limited to Education/Development sector, Oil and Gas, Automotive, Construction and Financial Institutions.
Recently, he has undertaken Unaccounted for Gas Study (UFG) for OGRA to develop a rationalized UFG allowance for the Sui Companies in the natural gas sector of Pakistan. He also has experience in structuring and implementing Education Sector Reform project all over Sindh province under SERP-II World Bank initiative for Reform Support Unit / Education and Literacy Department, Govt. of Sindh.
Faraz brings in extensive experience of monitoring and evaluating regulatory compliances and expenditure tracking, capacity building trainings of government official’s grade 17 and above, devising policies and procedures manual for best practices at various entities and internal audit services.
He also possess superior analytical skills, enhanced with experience in financial advisory services, performing financial and accounting Due Diligence and Feasibility study for Oil and Gas Sector and FATA Secretariat under economic revitalization project.
He has also assisted education sector to develop MIS, enabling them to consolidate and collate vast data and managing change from manual data entry to fully automated information system via onsite trainings
He has attended various trainings including Leadership, Change Management,
Business Writing, Kaizen, 5s Activities, lean manufacturing including Harvard
Business School trainings and live sessions. Faraz is currently completing his MBA from IOBM.
