Muhammad Danish has more than twenty years of professional experience and has been associated with KPMG since 2005. He is currently a Partner in KPMG Pakistan’s audit function in Islamabad where he leads a team of professionals serving organizations from large listed companies to private companies and public sector.

In his role as an audit partner, he is responsible for supervision and finalization of the external audits of various local and multinational  organizations in diversified sectors including telecommunications, consumers & retail and public sector. He is well conversant with auditing and financial reporting standards, corporate and tax laws, foreign exchange regulations and regulatory environment and frameworks. He has also worked on engagements relating to internal controls over financial reporting and compliance with anti-bribery and corruption laws.

Prior to joining KPMG in Islamabad, he worked in senior positions in KPMG office in Afghanistan from 2005 till 2016 and worked on various audit and advisory engagements for organizations in financial, telecommunication and development sectors including UN agencies, USAID, DFID, Global Fund.
