Mr. Ali Asgher

Ali is a Director Deal Advisory practice in Pakistan. He is a Chartered Accountant having over 11 years of post-qualification experience including 2 years at KPMG Kuwait and UAE office. He has been with KPMG throughout his professional career and carried out various audits and deal advisory engagements both in Pakistan and in the UAE and Kuwait practice. He has led various deal advisory engagements for local and multinational clients covering the areas of transaction structuring, due diligence, valuation and negotiation. He is leading a dedicated team of professionals based in Karachi. He carries with him experience of business valuations, due diligences (pre and post deal), purchase price allocation including valuation of intangibles, feasibilities and business plan.
