Yetunde Kanu is Partner & Head of the People and Change Service of our Management Consulting Practice in Nigeria. She has over her years of experience, attained deep industry knowledge in areas including but not limited to, organisation structure review and redesign, workforce/ manpower assessment, manning analysis, skills gap assessment, job analysis and evaluation, job role definition corporate strategic planning, corporate diagnostic review, business process review, business process re-engineering/re-design and implementation,, system/software selection and systems implementation support; and project management support for various public and private sector clients in Nigeria. Her core industry experience is in the telecoms and consumer markets space.
Yetunde has served as engagement partner on various HR related advisory engagements including manpower skills and competencies assessment, job evaluation, job description documentation, and organisation structure review and redesign for a GSM Operator in the Nigerian public sector; institutional diagnosis of a Federal Government parastatal covering its organisation structure and a detailed assessment of its people and processes; assessment of skills and competencies of staff of various government agencies and parastatals in Nigeria; amongst others.
Yetunde also has professional experience in process and operational advisory services, corporate strategic planning, business review, operational process re-engineering/re-design and implementation support, corporate diagnostic review, organisation restructuring and project management.
Yetunde has demonstrated this expertise on various projects for clients in the public and private sectors including energy & natural resources, technology & telecommunications, consumer/industrial markets and transportation; delivering value-added results with leading practices.
