Sunway TES CAE set up employer suite to build connection between employer and students

Sunway TES Centre for Accountancy Excellence (CAE) is the first to have the Big Five employers based on campus and our students are expected to benefit significantly from these partnerships", said Sunway College's executive director Teo Ee Sing on the establishment of the Big Five corporate suites.

With the establishment of the BDO, Deloitte, EY, KPMG and PwC suites on campus, Sunway TES CAE hopes to continue its effort in promoting the accounting profession through collaborations and activities.

These include workshops, talks and dialogue sessions with industry experts on trending topics and issues. They also provide insights and in-depth understanding of the respective areas relating to accounting and finance.

The suites provide the five companies with the venue for managers, directors and partners to engage with students at a higher level. Consultation clinics providing students with information and insight into areas they are considering for their future careers will be offered.

The human resources representatives from each company were expected to share on skills sets required by graduates to be industry ready, tips on writing a resume and for job interviews. These will be lined up to provide the companies and students at Sunway TES CAE and also Sunway University the extra edge in employer-employee relationship with a possible advantage of securing employment on campus
