Abdullah is a Partner in the Audit Division of KPMG in Malaysia and has been with KPMG since 1988. He has been a Partner in KPMG Malaysia since 1997.

He has significant experience in investigation audit, preparation of accountant's report, profit and cash flow forecasts and projections in connection to the proposed composite scheme of arrangement and restructuring scheme pursuant to Section 176(10) of the Companies Act, 1965. Abdullah has led many audit assignments in financial due diligence review on various banks and finance companies on behalf of their acquirers, pursuant to the BNM driven consolidation exercise. He has been involved in due diligence review, post due diligence reviews, restructuring, fund raising, acquisitions and other corporate exercises.

Abdullah currently chairs the Audit Committee Institute Malaysia and is a Member of both Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA) and Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountants (MICPA).

Mohd Khaidzir Shahari is the Executive Director of KPMG Management & Risk Consulting Sdn Bhd.

His experience includes performing quality assurance review on internal audit functions, internal audit outsourcing and co-sourcing, enterprise risk management and governance advisory engagements for KPMG’s local and multinational clients. He speaks regularly in seminars and conferences organized by professional bodies and training agencies.

Khaidzir is one of the Governors in the Institute of Internal Auditors Malaysia (IIAM) and currently chairs the Research and Technical Committee. He is also a Chartered Member of IIAM, Chartered Accountant of Malaysia Institute of Accountants (MIA),committee member of Audit Committee Institute Malaysia and a Certified Internal Auditor of the Institute of Internal Auditors, Inc.

Teresa Chong is a Partner in the Audit Division/Assurance Practice of KPMG in Malaysia and has been with KPMG since 1989.

Her background includes many years in accounting, audit, due diligence and special engagements. She actively leads a wide range of company audits including public listed companies and multinationals in the food and beverage, construction and property development, hotel, manufacturing services and trading sectors. In addition, Teresa has been involved in IFRS Conversion engagements of public listed companies. Armed with strong expertise on numerous due diligence and share valuation exercises, she has brought deep insights to clients on corporate exercises including acting as reporting accountants for submission to the Securities Commission on the acquisition of companies/IPOs/issuance of Bonds/Rights Issues of listed companies.

Teresa currently chairs the WomenCorporateDirectors(WCD) foundation and is the Council Member and Deputy President of CPA Australia for Malaysia Division. She is a committee member of Audit Committee Institute Malaysia besides being a member of Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA) and a Fellow of CPA Australia.
