Q1. What if I am not a Malaysian Citizen or Malaysian Permanent Resident?

Due to government immigration regulations, we can only accept internship or fresh graduate applications for KPMG in Malaysia from Malaysian Citizens and Malaysian Permanent Residents. However, experienced professionals who are non-Malaysian citizens are eligible to apply. Q2. Where does my online application go, and will I hear back from you?

Your application is automatically forwarded to the KPMG office you indicated as your first preference. We understand that finding your ideal job can be a tense time for you. Our resourcing team will process your application and respond to you soonest possible. Only contact shortlisted candidates will be notified. Further details of our recruitment process can be found in the selection process section of this website.

Q3. What is the starting salary for a KPMG graduate?

Our starting salary is always competitive with the market. When you are offered a position you will receive full details of your remuneration package. 

Q4. When is the closing date for applications?

Our closing dates varies depending upon the program you are applying for.

Q5. When would I commence graduate employment with KPMG?

New graduates are able to join the firm as soon as you have completed your Degree or Professional qualification (ACCA) academic. 

Q6. How many vacancies are there at KPMG?

Each year across Malaysia, we recruit approximately 400 graduates and 200 interns to KPMG in Malaysia.

Q8. I have already graduated; can I apply for an internship?

Internships are offered to students enrolled in university. If you have graduated, and you are interested in a position with us, we encourage you to apply as a graduate associate to KPMG in Malaysia. 

Q9. Are there opportunities for overseas assignments in KPMG besides Global Opportunities (GO) program?

Depending on the client assignments you receive, you may need to travel intermittently. There are also occasions where our staff are put on overseas engagements for an extended period.
