Inclusion & Diversity: A Driving Force Behind our Corporate Citizenship and Staff Wellbeing Programs
Every year, KPMG in Malaysia celebrate International Women’s & Men’s Day to recognize each KPMGian’s contribution to the Firm’s success. During these celebratory occasions, special programs such as inspirational talks and get-together sessions are lined-up to enrich each individual’s journey with the Firm.
KPMG in Malaysia strongly supports Women’s Aid Organisation in helping women and children who have lived and witnessed abuse to rebuild their lives. In 2015, KPMG in Malaysia funded 75 affected children to be enrolled in Play Therapy to set the ball rolling in their path to recovery.
KPMG in Malaysia values Inclusion & Diversity both externally and within the Firm. An internal fundraiser was initiated to collect funds to assist our fellow KPMGian, Bing-Xuan, in her motorized wheelchair purchase. Funds collected were also utilized to make our office place more OKU-friendly for our staff.
