This is a series of 3 webcasts that will focus on latest BEPS developments and it's impact on Banks, Insurers and Asset Managers.
Final recommendations for a number of the OECD Base Erosion and Profit Shifting (‘BEPS’) actions will be announced prior to the next G20 Finance Ministers meeting on 8 October 2015. The recommendations will include the outputs from discussion papers and consultation sessions relating to the changes to the OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines – especially the treatment of risk and capital and the use of cost contribution arrangements, hybrids, and permanent establishment definitions. The recommendations are also expected to identify areas for future work on the remaining actions.
In response to these latest developments and recomednations, we will be hosting a Financial Services Webcast series that will take a practical look at the key issues that Banks, Insurers and Asset Managers will need to consider.
