Petra Sant is a graduate in Psychology (Hons.) from the University of Malta, and holds an M.Sc in Occupational Psychology from Birkbeck College, University of London. Petra has a vast amount of experience in Talent Development, Talent Retention, Employee Engagement, and Qualitative and Quantitative Data Analysis. Over the years she has focused on supporting organisations, in a variety of industries, in translating their business objectives and strategies into people strategies. Through this she has worked with Senior Management Teams and HR Professionals to; provide strategic talent management consultancy, translate business strategies into a Mission, Vision, and Set of Values, review and assess existing HR Strategies, develop performance management systems, review salaries and compensation structures, and deliver training. Petra also has a solid background in academic research, with extensive research conducted in talent management, employee engagement, interpersonal relationships, and workplace bullying in Malta. Petra utilises her research skills in maintaining an evidence-based approach to HR strategy and talent management. She is committed to doing her utmost to understand an organisation’s culture and values in order to develop HR solutions that maximise the organisation’s potential. Prior to working for KPMG, Petra was Head of Talent Management for P5+ Management Ltd - a boutique talent management consultancy firm. P5+ Management Ltd was acquired by KPMG in January 2017. She strongly believes in the original P5+ values (passion, perseverance, positivity, pride, and performance) and, along with her dedication, enthusiasm and will to succeed, applies them to all aspects of her client and project engagement.
