• End user support, training and guidance

• Manage infrastructure – printers, laptops, servers, other electronic hardware

• Maintain and troubleshoot the local KPMG network and computer systems

• Write and maintain IT documentation

Requirements for candidates:

• University degree (or undergraduate) in IT or computer science

• Minimum 1 year relevant work experience

• Basic understanding of business processes

• Ability to prioritize work and work under tight deadlines

• Ability to serve user needs and ensure user compliance to internal rules and regulations

• Good English and Latvian skills

• Understanding and experience of networking technologies, TCP/IP, LANs, WANs, routing

• Understanding and experience of Windows server, Windows workstation, Outlook and SQL, configurationand maintenance

• Understanding and experience of virtualization, VMware

• Understanding of information security concepts and best practice, including IS continuity, anti-virus and other malicious code protection, security monitoring,encryption

• Ability to write and maintain documentation, procedures and policies
