KPMG Luxembourg acts as M&A adviser to the purchasing consortium on the acquisition of a 28.36% equity stake in Enovos International S.A.
KPMG is pleased to announce that its Luxembourg Deal Advisory practice acted as M&A advisor to a purchasing consortium in the acquisition of a 28.36% equity stake in Enovos International S.A., a significant transaction in the context of the energy market in Luxembourg and the surrounding region.
KPMG’s Luxembourg Deal Advisory practice provided lead advisory M&A, valuation and financial due diligence services to the purchasing consortium, consisting of The State of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, Banque et Caisse d’Épargne de l’État, Ville de Luxembourg, Société Nationale de Crédit et d’Investissement and Ardian, an independent private investment company with managed or advised assets of US$50bn.
