  1. This competition (“The bank of my dreams” – Robot-tour) is organised by KPMG Luxembourg, Société coopérative, a Luxembourg entity and a member firm of the KPMG network of independent member firms affiliated with KPMG International Cooperative.
  2. The competition is open to everybody over the age of 18 years in possession of a valid identity document. Any person who is under the age of 18 years may not enter and qualify for the Competition.
  3. Any employee, director, member, partner, agent or consultant or any person directly or indirectly who controls or is controlled by the organizers and/or immediate family members of any employee, director, member, partner, agent or consultant of or person indirectly or directly in control or controlled by the organisers may not take part in the competition.
  4. By entering the competition, all participants and winners agree to be bound by these rules, which will be interpreted by the organisers, whose decisions regarding any dispute will be final and binding. The Promoters reserve the right to amend, modify, change, postpone, suspend or cancel this competition without notice at any time, for any reason which the organisers reasonably deem necessary.
  5. The competition commences on 15 September 2017 and ends on 15 October 2017 both days inclusive.
  6. Participants stand a chance to win a Dji Spark drone with intelligent flight control options, a mechanical gimbal and a camera.
  7. To stand a chance of winning the mini drone, participants must meet the KPMG Robot in the following locations:
    • 15 September 2017 – Newcomers introduction at KPMG in Luxembourg
      (39, Avenue John F. Kennedy, L-1855 Luxembourg, Luxembourg)
    • 19-20 September 2017 – ALFI Global Distribution Conference at the European Convention Center, Luxembourg
    • 27 September 2017 – KPMG Digital Fund Conference at KPMG in Luxembourg
    • (39, Avenue John F. Kennedy, L-1855 Luxembourg, Luxembourg)
    • 28 September 2017– ABBL Banking Forum at KPMG in Luxembourg

    • 2nd October – "Promotion and welcome drinks” cocktail session from 5h30pm @KPMG 39JFK

      and submit a banking dream via the tablet attached to the KPMG Robot. Participants may only enter this competition once. The organisers reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time
  8. A committee of banking experts from KPMG will select the best idea. The winner will be notified by email on 15 October and will be provided with the details on how to claim their prize.
  9. Entries which are unclear, illegible, are submitted via an incorrect entry mechanism or contain errors or from disqualified persons will be declared invalid.
  10. If the organisers are unable to reach a winner after 1 (one) week from the date of being declared a winner, such person will be disqualified and the draw of a replacement entry and winner shall take.
  11. The prizes are neither transferable nor redeemable for cash and the organizers are not liable for any defect in the prizes.
  12. Winners will be required to sign and agree to the prize and indemnity form provided to them by the organisers. Failure by the winner to do so may result in disqualification and forfeiture of the prize in its entirety, without any claim against the organisers or any third party/ies associated with the competition.
  13. Should any dispute arise in relation to the interpretation of these competition rules, the organisers’ decision shall be final and no correspondence shall be entered into.
  14. The organisers may require the winners to be identified, photographed and the photographs published in printed media, or to appear on social media, when accepting their prize and/or after having received their prize. The winners will be given the opportunity to decline to the publication of their images and to participate in the organisers’ marketing material in so far as it relates to this competition.
  15. By entering this competition, participants agree to receive further communications and marketing material from KPMG Luxembourg, and their holding and subsidiary companies, provided that the participants may opt-out of receiving communication at any time via the appropriate opt-out mechanisms provided by the organisers for such purpose.
  16. By taking part in the competition, the participant acknowledges that his or her idea may be further (be used or) developed by KPMG, waiving on your part any right to your idea.
