Alexis Wolf is a partner with KPMG Luxembourg’s Deal Advisory department. He has ample experience in advising clients in M&A, project finance, and valuation engagements. Alexis has served companies in transactions taking place in Latin America, North America, Europe, and the Middle East. In addition to rendering corporate finance services, Alexis is KPMG Luxembourg’s Head of the Global Strategy Group.
