For the first time in 2012, KPMG Luxembourg undertook the exercise of formally identifying its main stakeholders, understanding their main concerns, and evaluating the impact of these concerns on the organisation. The materiality matrix below demonstrates the results of this analysis.
In 2012, KPMG Luxembourg has made significant efforts to adapt the global KPMG International CSR vision to a concrete and tailored action plan for Luxembourg for the next two years.
We recognise that integrating sustainability across the whole organisation is not a straightforward exercise. We wish to address our core topics of Workplace, Marketplace, Environment and Community with the same consistent level of commitment.
