R&D 비용도 지속적으로 증가하고 있는 상황입니다. 최근 글로벌 제약회사는 비용 감소, 규제 관련 리스크,기업 M&A, 글로벌 경제 환경 변화에 대한 리스크 등에 대응하기 위해 글로벌 비즈니스 서비스(GBS)에 대해 관심을 갖기 시작했습니다. 특히 제약사들은 GBS의 일환으로 인지자동화(cognitive automation)와 같은 E2E(End-to-End) 프로세스를 회사 운영에 도입하고 있으며 이에 따라 관련 솔루션이 주목을 받고 있습니다.
