첫째, 기술적인 측면에서 새로운 도전과 과제가 있습니다. 금융기관들은 데이터 분석을 통해 고객에게 제공하는 금융서비스를 어떻게 혁신적으로 바꿀 수 있을지 고민해야 합니다. 그리고 IT 기술을 활용하여 비용을 절감할 수 있는 방안을 적극적으로 모색해야 할 것입니다.
둘째, 세계적인 저금리 기조가 지속되고 있다는 과제가 있습니다. 글로벌 저금리 상황에서 금융기관은 성장성과 수익성 확보를 위해 신규시장 개척 및 새로운 금융상품 개발에 힘을 기울여야 할 것입니다.
마지막으로 금융당국의 규제 강화, 금융기관의 리스크 관리 능력 제고, 금융 소비자의 욕구 다양화 등과 같은 과제가 있습니다. 금융기관들은 향후에도 이러한 많은 변화와 과제에 직면하게 될 것으로 전망되고 있습니다.
