Hosted within the KPMG Ghana firm, the Ghana office represents the International Development Advisory Services business in West Africa. Acting as the hub for KPMG’s IDAS practice in West Africa, the Ghana team makes use of its scale, influence and business knowledge to make a significant and positive contribution to the agribusiness, financial and renewable energy sectors within the western part of Africa. The office runs projects in Ghana, Sierra Leone, Gambia, Senegal, Liberia, Burkina Faso, Mali and Nigeria providing programme and fund management services, organizational assessments (including due diligence), risk management and set up of special purpose vehicles.
They have built up particular expertise in grants and fund management, including challenge funds, a service that is underpinned by rigorous assessments and risk management capabilities. Their role is to ensure that development resources are used effectively and efficiently, with innovation at the core of service provision
