About VeriSM™

VeriSM™ is a service management approach, tailored for service providers to help them succeed in the world of digital services.

VeriSM™ helps service providers create a flexible operating model to meet desired business outcomes. It describes how an organisation can define its service management principles, and then use organisational capabilities, emerging technologies and a combination of management practices to deliver value.

VeriSM™ foundation training designed by KPMG in India is a three-day extensive training programme. The training aims to familiarise participants with new model for service management for the digital age.

Course objective:

VeriSM™ is a service management approach from the organisational level, looking at the holistic view rather than focusing on a single department.

Based around the VeriSM™ model, the approach helps organisations choose from a range of management practices in a flexible way to deliver the right product or service at the right time to customers.

VeriSM™ allows for a tailored approach depending upon the type of business, the size of the organisation, business priorities and organisational culture.

It helps organisations respond to their consumers and deliver value with integrated service management practices.

  • VeriSM™ Foundation could be useful to both new professionals starting their service management career and experienced professionals who need access to a simple service management approach

Evaluation and certification

At the end of the training programme, participants will answer a paper comprising 60 multiple choice questions over a period of one hour. The international passing percentage is 75. On successful completion, participants will receive the official VeriSM™ Foundation certificate from APMG International and KPMG in India participation certificate.

Bengaluru, Mumbai, Pune, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Delhi and NCR (Gurugram, Noida) and all major cities. Training can be conducted at any location across the country as long as there is minimum number of participants
