Overview:

Service Now is a PaaS (Platform as a Service) provider of enterprise Service Management. ServiceNow simulation is used globally to define, organise, and mechanise the flow of work, removing dependencies on email and spread sheets to convert the delivery and service management for the enterprise. ServiceNow offers service management for every department in an enterprise including human resources, IT, facilities, etc

KPMG in India is offering an extensive training/workshop for the ServiceNow tool. The trainings are offered in two different aspects - as a standard ServiceNow training, covering the key concepts mentioned below, or as a customised package based on the needs of the customer.

The ServiceNow tool training course has been designed to help impart knowledge regarding the effective use of the tool’s user interface, its various features and applications, while also assisting in providing a detailed understanding of several concepts ranging from administration, configuration and development. The course is designed to provide trainees with the experience of ServiceNow tool from the perspective of the end user, support team member, administrator and developer.
