ISO/IEC 20000TM foundation
The ISO/IEC 20000TM foundation is aimed at students wishing to demonstrate foundation level knowledge of ISO/IEC 20000TM. The course includes generic content on IT service management (ITSM) to help the participant to understand the context of how the ISO/IEC 20000TM standard operates.
ISO/IEC 20000TM practitioner
The ISO/IEC 20000TM practitioner course is aimed at IT professionals who assist organisations to implement and/or maintain an ISO/IEC 20000TM certification.
