Rachna is a Partner with the Management Consulting function at KPMG in India, where she leads the Digital Consulting Services (DCS) practice. She has over 21 years of experience across strategy, digital, and technology.
Her personal journey with digital started in 2002 when she helped a company, floated by two metal giants, establish one of the first reverse auction businesses in India. She was later responsible for helping create the backbone for one of the first radio cab players in India. Her experience pans across areas such as brand, omnichannel sales, and after sales and customer experience. Rachna has created and led a number of courses and trainings on leadership and project management. She also contributed towards development of thought leadership publications, methodologies, including those around digital, intellectual poperty, and assets for the industry.
Priorto joining KPMG in India, Rachna worked with one of the major consulting organisations in the country, and also served on the board of the firm, being identified as an ’emerging leader’ globally in her first year of partnership. She also led the retail and consumer industry at the firm and was later identified as an ‘innovation leader’. Rachna started her career working in the area of technology and was later instrumental in setting up the business for MS Dynamics, IT effectiveness and customer impact consulting.
