K.K. Raman is the Head of Business Excellence practice at KPMG in India, where he oversees strategic quality advisory services encompassing model-based, six sigma, testing and process improvement services. He is a part of the core technology sector team for the firm. As a business leader, K.K. has guided and directed over 200 advisory engagements, covering areas such as quality governance, process and performance improvements, IT projects evaluation, organisational performance/human capital reviews, and assessments for KPMG member firms, both in India and overseas. Internationally, K.K. has also conducted a high number of process maturity assessments for several organisations.
