Ritesh is a Partner and Leader of the RAK Capability Hubs at KGS. He is also responsible for the KGS Markets team, which focuses on sectors, market development and marketing communication.

Prior to KGS, Ritesh was associated with the Indian arm of Capgemini Consulting as Global Sales Operations & Analytics leader, where he was responsible for ensuring the adherence to sales processes across 11 countries, 12 sectors and five global accounts. He worked closely with the Deputy CEO on growth strategies of the Global Consulting Unit. In addition, he led operations at the organisation, and established the Data Analytics team that worked on predictive modeling, social media analysis and dashboards.

Before Capgemini, Ritesh worked with Prudential Process Management Services, leading the Knowledge Services team across Analytics, Research, Actuarial, Internal Consulting, Marketing and Knowledge Management, supporting the UK, Asia and the US. Moreover, he spearheaded the business development initiative in Asia through extensive interactions and proof-of-concept engagements.

Ritesh also worked at GENPACT as AVP, Client Relationships and Business Development, managing relationships with GENPACT Analytics’ existing and new clients. In addition, he set up the research team for the company.

Ritesh is based in India out of Gurgaon.
