Our people invest their time in pro bono projects, mentoring, training, cataloguing books in libraries, organising educational trips and excursions, helping raise funds through participation in marathons, storytelling under KFFL, organising carnivals and other sports events.
This year, our staff along with their families, volunteered 65,000 hours.
Our people also worked pro bono on risk management frameworks for two of the schools we support. The projects included identifying, diagnosing and prioritising risks related to budgeting and monitoring, human resources, fundraising and donor reporting, school and academic activities, finance and accounts and statutory compliance. The projects also involved recommending corrective actions and advising the schools on mitigation strategies.
