Manufacturers and suppliers have now established vendor financing operations in Ireland.

While access to finance remains a challenge across the globe, more manufacturers are seeing the benefits in offering direct finance to their customers to purchase their products. Vendor finance can either be provided and managed directly by the manufacturer or vendor themselves, or through a partnership with a finance house or support servicer.

A number of manufacturers and suppliers have now established vendor financing operations in Ireland, supported by a large pool of people with relevant expertise, a highly developed professional services sector, a strong government commitment to Ireland as a centre of excellence and an attractive tax regime. KPMG has advised on all stages of set-up from feasibility and design right through to implementation.
