The second annual KPMG Global CEO Outlook gages the 3 year outlook of CEOs from some of the largest companies on a range of issues including mergers and acquisitions, customer growth, cyber security, innovation, cognitive computing and talent gaps.
What was clear from our research is the forces of change these CEOs face are upending business models, blurring lines between industries and companies and demand a new way of thinking.
We recently surveyed almost 1,300 CEOs from some of the largest organizations from around the world on their plans and concerns over the next 3 years and what we heard was quite interesting: for most CEOs, it’s now or never. Massive change in the global market, led by technology, connected consumers and sector convergence is forcing CEOs to undergo significant transformative change.
