KPMG in Hungary sponsored this year’s Brain Bar Budapest, ’Europe's festival of future thinking’, to raise the firm’s profile and help cultivate its reputation for innovation.
Brain Bar Budapest Festival is a forum to discuss the world’s most topical concepts, such as earth and space, robots and creativity, human and artificial intelligence, economy and biology, knowledge and information, wars and videogames, as well as exploring the future capabilities of Hungary and Europe. The three day event, held in early June in Budapest, featured more than 70 international speakers.
KPMG delivered a presentation and hosted a Lab workshop: Eric Wesselman, Partner at KPMG Netherlands spoke about how robots will change our life, while KPMG’s sports advisory experts Pedro Iriondo and Antonio Di Cianni presented the team’s new analysis of the top 32 European football clubs and the innovative methodology and tools they used for the study at a workshop called „Lab”.
KPMG in Hungary’s Senior Partner, Robert Stöllinger explains: “KPMG in Hungary sponsored the festival in order to raise our profile and help us develop a reputation for innovation, both in the business community and the talent market. Together with our relentless focus on quality, integrity and independence, innovation is the key ingredient to our success. For us, innovation means finding new ways to combine technology, our professional expertise and our market reputation. This can be an extremely powerful proposition.”
