Zoran Zemlić

Zoran originally joined KPMG in 2000 after completing a bachelor’s degree in Finance at the University of Zagreb. Zoran gained experience in the Tax Department providing tax planning and other tax advisory services and in the Audit Department where he audited clients across a range of industries. In 2004, Zoran transferred to the Deal Advisory Services department where he was engaged in financial advisory assignments including due diligence, valuation and financial structuring assignments in Croatia and Bosnia and Herzegovina. In 2010, he left KPMG to become a Board Member of Alternative Private Equity, a local EUR 80 million generalist private equity fund. He participated in fund raising and once the fund was closed, was responsible for both deal origination and execution as well as investor relations. Zoran re-joined KPMG in 2014 to focus on M&A activities, namely assistance to clients with respect to disposal of their business or undertaking acquisitions.
