With the aim to provide information to insurance companies and their management regarding the qualitative study of the private insurance industry in Greece, KPMG has proceeded for another year in the issuance of the Annual Report for 2017 that includes the research on the Financial Position of insurance companies for the year ended 31 December 2015.
For 2017, Mr. Philippos Kassos, Partner at KPMG's Insurance Audit Department, notes that there will be four key challenges for the insurance industry:
- technology,
- changing the business model,
- risk management and supervision,
- customers and distribution channels
