The first phase of the OECD’s work on the Base Erosion and Profit Shifting (BEPS) Actions culminated in the OECD reports and recommendations published on 5 October 2015, which also set out a program of work to complete the unfinished BEPS Action items. Many countries are now moving to implement a number of the recommendations.

What should I be doing now?

In response to the BEPS recommendations, organizations are now having to review their international tax and transfer pricing arrangements.
