TDC has been thinking big, starting small and scaling fast

TDC has established a Robotics Centre of Excellence to initiate robotic process automation, which is accelerating their digital efforts and ultimately improving customers' experience. Building a Robotics Centre of Excellence enables TDC to automate processes in a uniform manner across the entire group.

To overcome false myths about robotics, TDC has actively promoted a digital mindset amongst their employees, calling their initiative "Robotlr". TDC wants their employees to do what people are good at, which is creating ideas, coming up with new strategies and then let the robot take care of the routine work.

When it comes to implementing new technologies such as robotic process automation, augmented reality, and chat- and voicebots for the benefit of the customers, TDC is now able to think big, start small and scale fast.
