KPMG in Denmark continues on its growth trajectory and strengthens its partner group, promoting 3 new partners. As per 1 October 2016, Mads Fink-Jensen, Niels Vendelbo and Klaus Rytz will join the partner group.


Mads Fink-Jensen works in Advisory and heads KPMG’s SSOA IT unit, specialising in advisory services within IT sourcing and strategy, processes, supplier selection and contract negotiations as well as analyses and optimisation. He has 25 years’ experience in IT and business-critical technology and advises private and state-owned companies, municipalities and other institutions. Mads Fink-Jensen joined KPMG in 2013 from the A.P. Moller – Maersk Group.


Niels Vendelbo works in Audit as a state authorised public accountant with 14 years’ experience providing audit and advisory services to large Danish companies and groups including state-owned entities. Furthermore, Niels Vendelbo has experience with mergers and acquisitions, fraud investigations, supporting legal procedures as well as advisory regarding capital market matters. His area of responsibility also includes Assurance, with focus on attestation and assurance to non-audit clients including independent expert assessments. He began his career in KPMG in 2002.


Klaus Rytz works in Audit as a state authorised public accountant with several years of experience in auditing and advisory services to mainly medium sized companies and groups, including private equity, growth companies and family owned businesses within a variety of industries. His experience also covers Danish subsidiaries of international groups and Danish groups with subsidiaries abroad as well as being engaged in talent development and employer branding activities. Klaus Rytz joined KPMG in 2014 from PwC.
