CEO & Senior Partner at KPMG, Thomas Hofman-Bang, emphasizes that the new headquarters allow the audit and advisory firm to focus on its business and the continued progress in Denmark where KPMG has more than 300 employees and 1,000 clients less than one year after the firm’s foundation.

“The new headquarters provide us with the perfect facilities for continuing KPMG’s planned growth in Denmark. The environment is ideal for our partners and employees who may focus solely on servicing our expanding client base. We are looking forward to making use of the new facilities in July,” said Thomas Hofman-Bang.

Director at PFA Real Estate, Michael Bruhn, is delighted with the agreement and looks forward to the cooperation with KPMG.

“We are pleased that KPMG has selected PFA’s property at Dampfærgevej. We will now begin refurbishing the property to ensure that it is in prime condition prior to the hand-over to KPMG this summer. We are looking forward to a good and long-standing cooperation with KPMG about their new headquarters,” said Michael Bruhn.

KPMG’s new offices are located at the waterfront in the modern district in Copenhagen’s old free port. According to Michael Bruhn, the location is among the property’s most striking qualities.

“This agreement is a good example that well-situated quality properties are the alpha and omega when it comes to real estate investments. There are not a lot of large lets currently, so this is a positive piece of news for PFA in particular and the market in Copenhagen in general,” he said.

KPMG has been advised by Sadolin & Albæk Corporate Solutions concerning the company’s establishment in Denmark.
