Stay ahead of new accounting regulation, coming into place by 1 January 2016, as well as changes in the tax environment.

19 August 2015, 8:00AM - 5:00PM, CET

Stay ahead of new accounting regulation, coming into place by 1 January 2016, as well as changes in the tax environment.

Note! We are hosting the same event in Aarhus on 25 August.

The new Danish Financial Statements Act was passed on 21 May 2015 with amendments pertaining to the following three main areas:

  • Relaxation of the Act within the scope provided by the Directive
  • Implementation of amendments required by the Directive
  • Alignment with IFRS where this does not entail additional burdens compared to other alternatives.

The amendments will apply to financial years starting on 1 January 2016 with an early adoption option for financial years ending on or after 31 December 2015.

The seminar will provide insights on the implications of the new rules and regulations for your business. The tax session offers an update on current tax matters in relation to your corporate tax allocations. To accommodate your schedule, we offer one seminar in the morning and one in the afternoon.
