Mathias Grell Rosenkrands

Mathias joined KMPG in May 2023 and is heading up our Organisation & Adoption practice.

Throughout Mathias’s experience as a Management Consultant, his primary focus has always been on delivering strategic projects varying from IT implementations and designing new performance management frameworks to end-to-end HR and finance transformations within global companies. All with a key focus on change management to ensure a people-centred approach and a successful application of new initiatives throughout the design and implementation phase.

During Mathias’s career, both academically and professionally, his interest and motivation have always been to understand how organisational changes affect employees and how to plan the changes accordingly to secure long-lasting results. Mathias has been fortunate to work with a number of companies on different change journeys, which has provided Mathias with a solid framework and understanding of how to drive projects and organisational changes in a multitude of settings. This has involved translating strategies into tangible actions and roadmaps all with a key focus on securing the right stakeholder engagement throughout the entire project.

Mathias academic background comes from organizational psychology at Copenhagen Business School, where he holds a Master in Business Administration and Psychology.
