KPMG in Denmark
In 2000, Kim started his career with KPMG Corporate Finance. In 2004, he joined PwC Corporate Finance. After six years, he took up a position as Investment Director at Novo A/S. In mid-2011, he rejoined KPMG Corporate Finance and since May 2014, Kim is heading the M&A and Valuation teams in KPMG Deal Advisory in Copenhagen. Kim has worked with M&A advisory for more than 15 years and has completed a vast number of disposals and acquisitions. He has worked with a wide range of domestic and international clients, including private and public companies as well as private equity clients. In addition, Kim has substantial valuation and financial modelling experience, and he is an accredited valuation specialist. His experience also includes financing, debt advisory and restructuring advisory work. Kim has worked with clients from a wide range of industries in many different situations. His transaction experience ranges from advising the owners of small to medium sized companies in sales processes in connection with succession to advising large corporates on disposals of non-core subsidiaries domestically and abroad to advising leading national and international private equity houses on sell and buy sides. He is also an experienced provider of valuations as well as advisor to corporates in defining growth strategies, screening of acquisition targets and executing buy-and-build strategies.
