Ria Falk specialises in transaction tax advice, including the sale and purchase of businesses and real estate as well as general investments, optimisation of group structures, financing and the setting-up of fund structures. Over the years, Ria has advised a wide range of Danish and international businesses, private equity funds and venture capitalists in connection with Danish and international business transfers, including in particular on corporate tax structure and due diligence investigations. She has vast experience in large structured transactions, multiple transactions and debt structures. Ria was a partner in and member of the management of the tax department of KPMG from which she has 20 years' experience and a large network among Danish investors and businesses.

In addition, Ria has taken various programmes at international business schools, including the Wharton Business School, and most recently she took the one-year Chairman's 25 program at INSEAD
