Michael has worked with M&A advisory for more than 10 years in Copenhagen and London. He has experience from more than 20 successful transactions, of which the majority have been cross-border transactions, as well as numerous strategy and valuation projects. His transaction experience ranges from advising large corporates on acquisition and divestment of companies and assets, to advising private equity houses, business owners and public institutions in connection with the sale or acquisition of companies. Moreover, he has experience with integration of companies as well as strategy development. Michael has project experience from a wide range of industry sectors, including TMT (Technology, Media & Telecommunications), Energy, Industrial Manufacturing, Transportation, Pharma, and has deep insight into the Engineering sector from his previous employment at the Nordic engineering group, COWI. Michael started his career with PwC Corporate Finance in 2006. In 2008-09, he was seconded to PwC’s Corporate Finance team in London. After seven years with PwC, he moved to a corporate M&A role at COWI, working with M&A and strategic projects. In August 2014, Michael joined KPMG.
