Our graduates are given responsibility from the first day. We trust our new talent. Do you trust yours?
Our graduates are given responsibility from day one. We trust our new talent.
At the Olympics, the flame is re-lit every four years and carefully tended to for little over a month. At KPMG the flame never stops burning. If you have the drive and the passion to give your best and continue that tradition, then ignite your potential and join our Graduate Programme.
We call it the Journey—not only because part of the programme takes you out beyond the borders of home but because a career with KPMG is a career that never stops breaking new ground. Our graduate programme gives you the skills and the expertise needed to thrive in a challenging and global environment where you will be working in teams as much as on your own. It teaches you how to handle responsibility.
That is why our graduates are given responsibility from the first day. We trust our new talent. Do you trust yours?
The graduate programme is a two-year process available for graduates from business schools and universities, including DTU and ITU. The programme is individually designed to prepare you for the tasks and the responsibility inherent in a career with KPMG. It is divided into four six-month phases.
At a two-week stay overseas, you will be introduced to the programme and have plenty of opportunities to meet other graduates from Denmark and Norway. A vital part of success is the people you meet along the way, and at KPMG you work and learn as part of a team. Primarily, the graduate programme consists of structured learning events together with your colleagues, some of which are taught by experienced KPMG staff, some of which are off-site and run by external facilitators both inside and outside of Denmark.
Once in your service line, you join a team in the area of your interest and are assigned a Performance Manager and a mentor to support you throughout the programme. It is together with the Performance Manager that you structure your own journey as well as discuss your involvement in projects from other areas of KPMG, so as to gain a wider breadth of experience.
After graduating, in addition to knowing how to lead, you will have acquired the technical skills and business know-how needed to succeed in an international career in our Advisory, Audit and Tax teams.
