Yves Mersch

Member of the ECB's Executive Board

Yves Mersch served as Governor of the Central Bank of Luxembourg from the bank's formation in 1998 until 2012 and has been a member of the Executive Board of the European Central Bank since 2012.

 

Marek Mora

Czech National Bank Board member

After graduating in international trade from the University of Economics, he worked briefly in the Czech private sector. He then completed his postgraduate studies in economics in Saarbrücken and Hamburg and taught at the University of Leipzig. In 2003 he joined the Directorate-General for Economic and Financial Affairs of the European Commission and three years later started to work for the Czech public administration. Since 2010 he has been working at the General Secretariat of the Council of the European Union. Marek Mora became a member of the Bank Board of the Czech National Bank on 13 February 2017.

 

Zdeněk Tůma

Partner, KPMG Czech Republic

Former governor of the Czech National Bank, has become Partner of the Management Consulting Department at KPMG Czech Republic. Since 2012 he has been and will continue to be in charge of services provided to the banking sector. His focus remains the regulation area as well as risk and human resource management.

 

Daniel Gasteiger

Founder of Procivis AG, founding member of the Global Blockchain Business Council

Daniel Gasteiger is an entrepreneur with over 20 years of practical managing director level banking experience at Credit Suisse and UBS. In 2015 he co-founded nexussquared, Switzerland's first dedicated blockchain business and start-up platform. In 2016 he also founded Procivis AG, an 'e-governement-as-a-service' start-up leveraging smart phone and blockchain technology to deliver citizen centric services based on government-approved digital identities.

 

Pavel Kysilka

Chairman of the Board of Directors, 6D Academy

Pavel gained his reputation as a Vice-Governor and Governor of the Czech National Bank where he finished his role in 1999. Subsequently he served in several top executive roles for Česká spořitelna, member of Erste Group. He was appointed as the chair of the Board of Directors and CEO since January 2011 till December 2015. Currently his main focus is the ongoing digital revolution and its impacts on business, economics and society.

 

Denis de Vries

Founder of KPMG Digital Ledger Services in the Netherlands 

Dennis de Vries is founder of KPMG Digital Ledger Services in the Netherlands and member of the KPMG Digital Ledger Services Global Steering Committee. His background is in financial services servicing all three major banks in the Netherlands in a variety of consultancy, external audit, internal audit and business management roles.

In 2015 he joined KPMG as a senior manager Financial Services, servicing large banks and leasing companies. In 2016 he was appointed lead of the Dutch KPMG Digital Ledger Services, responsible for developing KPMG’s blockchain proposition in the Netherlands and member of KPMG’s global Digital Ledger Services steering committee.

 

Viktor Dušek

Attorney-at-Law, KPMG Legal

Viktor has more than 11 years experience in providing legal services for numerous Czech and foreign clients. He specializes in legal services in the area of commercial law (including M&A) and public law regulation. Viktor advised foreign investors on entering the Czech market, including providing corporate law advisory within one of the biggest investment in the country’s history.

 

Martin Drahanský

Professor, Brno University of Technology

Martin currently works for the Department of Intelligent Systems, Brno University of Technology. Professor Drahanský does research in Computer Communications (Networks), Algorithms and Computer Security and Reliability. He also focuses on the issue of security of biometric systems and on robotic research. 

 

Pavol Adamec

Executive Director, KPMG Slovakia

​Pavol graduated from the Faculty of Electrical Engeneering at the Slovak Technical University in the field of computer science. Starting his professional career in 1994, he worked mostly in the fields of technologies and risk management. Through his jobs for multiple firms, he gained experience related to technology and risk management from both client and advisor perspective.

Possibility of parking at the building Prague City Tower in underground garages, which are open nonstop. 

There is also possibility to park at Shopping mall Arkady Pankrac. Garages are open daily from 7:00 a.m. – 9:30 p.m.

Every day from 6:00 p.m. you can park free of charge on the side of the building.
