Third year in a row on list; Firm moves up 6 spots from last year
For the 3rd year in a row, KPMG has been named in Consulting magazine’s list of ‘Best Firms to Work For’. For 2017, the KPMG global network of independent audit, tax and advisory firms jumped six spots to reach No. 7 – the highest ranking of the Big Four professional services firms - and excelled in the areas of culture and career development.
‘While the world remains an uncertain place, I am immensely proud of how KPMG professionals all around the world continue to help clients succeed and grow in this hyper-competitive market’, Mark A. Goodburn, Global Head of Advisory at KPMG International stated.
‘Being a ‘Best Firm to Work For’ validates what we and our clients have known for years – that we place significant priority on our people and strive to create a culture of innovation and inclusion’, said Carl Carande,
Vice Chair of Advisory at KPMG in the US.
Constantinos Kallis, Board Member and Head of Human Resources at KPMG in Cyprus said that ‘improving our people’s professional development, performance, and sense of belonging is amongst our top priorities. By relying on our people and their skills, we ensure that we deliver high-quality solutions and services to our clients’.
The prestigious ranking is based on Consulting’s annual survey of more than 10,000 consultants from over 300 firms.
