Osamu Matsushita

Osamu is the head of KPMG's TS practice in Japan and the Global Industrial Manufacturing Leader in Japan. He has over 18 years of experience leading buy-side and sell-side due diligence engagements in Japan for multi-national companies on cross-border deals and domestic transactions. He also has an extensive experience in providing accounting structuring advice, sale and purchase contract advice, closing purchase price adjustments and post-merger integration assistance. His major clients include Mitsui & Co., Carlyle, and other large trading houses in Japan as well as other financial and strategic deal makers. In his 25 year career, he spent three years in Australia providing audit related services to Australian and Japanese clients.
